The service from the technicians as well as the office is why I continue to use this business over competitors for the past few years. The Technician who came out today by the name of Garrett Rains was easy to talk to, personal, professional and honest. The honesty from him was and is very much appreciated as HVAC systems are a very large investment. I look forward to getting my system replaced as I know the craftsmanship, due diligence and hard work will be set to the highest standards. Thank you again for giving us the cool air we desire in this aggressive Texas heat.

Nice young man named Garrett came to the house. He was very polite and quickly resolved the problem with my heater. He was very informative about my options going forward, but was not high pressure. I would use him again with any heating or air problem.

Technician arrived on time and ready to work and knew what was the scope of service. He had been at this location before and understood the uniqueness of the installation. Great job!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, USE. THIS COMPANY...Same day after hours service by Garret...so glad he was on call. He arrived within 30 min of call got the air system working again AND came back the next day and did a complete check up on the system, our intakes, outside unit, attic dampers, and freon capacity. You must try them. 💯% recommend!!! Thank you Garret!!!!!

Glad we choose Classic Heating and Air for our HVAC replacement. Very professional and knowledgeable guys. THey explained everything well, and installed quickly. Dak was very helpful. He came out quickly, identified the problem and even followed up after the install to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I didn't shop around, but from what I could tell from past experience, they were competitively priced, and they did good work. I will recommend Classic Heating and Air to my friends and neighbors, and will personally use them again in the future.
